Shade Awnings

Taskers were commissioned by Department of Defence to design, manufacture and install Heavy Duty Shade Awnings to suit HMAS PERTH, ANZAC and WARRUMUNGA, to provide their crews protection from the sun while deployed in the Middle East.

The structures designed for the flight deck of each vessel are used also when in port, for entertainment comittments.

Materials used are fire retardant, to defence specifications.
